Dr. Wesley Snyder
The only faculty member in the ECE department who has climbed the
highest volcano in the world, the highest mountain in Africa, the
highest mountain in the world which is not in a range, KILIMANJARO!

I'm also into fishing, windsurfing, sailing, and just about anything
else you could do at the beach.
Potential students:
I get several emails a day, asking if I will be funding summer interns or
research assistants. I get so many that I am not able to answer them all.
However,
my policy is:
I do not hire students without meeting them first. I do not
support summer interns at all. The best way to become one of my Research
Assistants
is to take one of my courses, and do very well in the class. I am
particularly interested in students with strong math capability, and creativity.
Please do not send me an email telling me how you love my research area and have
always
wanted to work under my guidance. For if you do, I will know you never
bothered to read my page.
