Bio

W. Rhett Davis received B.S. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, in 1994 and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley in 1997 and 2002.  He has worked briefly with Hewlett-Packard (now Agilent) in Böblingen, Germany and Chameleon Systems in San Jose, California.  Since 2002, he has been an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University.  His research interests are centered on developing methodologies, CAD tools, and circuits for systems-on-chip in emerging technologies.  His interests include 3DIC design and low-power and high-performance circuit design for digital signal-processing and embedded systems.
