The Arts NOW Series in cooperation with the Music Department and the Arts Studies Program at North Carolina State University are pleased to present the third North Carolina Computer Music Festival. The festival will take place on the campus of North Carolina State University.

A call for pieces produced submissions from literally around the world. Exciting works for human performers together with computer music on recorded media were selected and will include Thomas Clark's Peninsula for piano and computer music, works with dancers choreographed by Kora Radella, a performance with video by composer/clarinetist Beth Wiemann, a performance by clarinetist Christopher Grymes of a work by Jeff Herriott, a new work by Stan Link for alto flute and computer music performed by Mary Boodell and much more.

Tickets for the concerts are available through Ticket Central.

PLEASE NOTE that, unless otherwise specified, pieces and lectures in the Arts NOW Series may include controversial material, themes and subjects intended for mature audiences, and ideas, words, sounds, visuals, and other items that some people may find offensive. This appears to be the nature of art and life. Opinions expressed are those of the individual artists and do not necessarily reflect any opinion or position of North Carolina State University, its faculty and staff, or students. When possible program notes will be posted. Program notes are posted for this event -- click on the Concert 1 or Concert 2 links. Please examine those notes to help you determine if you wish to attend a particular Arts NOW Series event.
