Responsibilities

Vickie's responsibilities include teaching parenting classes and community workshops for parents of children ages birth to five. She also supplies and maintains a lending library with parenting and children's books, DVDs, videos, games and other materials, mails monthly preschool newsletters, provides a monthly news column and weekly parenting tip for publication in the Henderson Daily Dispatch, maintains a display of parenting publications, and presents manned and unmanned displays at various sites and events. Other responsibilities include budget management and report preparation, maintenance and preparation of parent class records and materials, weekly parent contact with those enrolled in current parenting classes.
