I am Theodore Robert Harris, a PhD student at North Carolina State University. I am currently researching electrothermal simulation of three-dimensional integrated circuits with Dr. Michael Steer as my advisor. In 2007 I finished a masters at the same university focusing in photonics and nanoelectronics. My major areas of interest are solid state devices, material science, VLSI processing, and electromagnetics. Some of my other interests include Unix and Linux operating systems, digital logic design, philosophy, sculpture, statistical treatment of experimental data, and neurology. I enjoy undertaking various projects and tinkering with miscellaneous electrical devices and building things.

Projects

I wanted to share these papers that I wrote at some point with whoever would find the information useful. Thank you to those that have emailed me saying my work was useful. Please let me know if you reference me. I am happy to hear about your research.
