Summery of research work
I am currently working on the application of geosynthetics as a moisture barrier in pavement applications. In general, moisture barriers are composed of layers of high permeability and transmissivity materials installed within profiles with finer grain soils susceptible to volume change to prevent upward and downward water flow.
