The Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Technology Lab
Technology has dramatically altered the manner in which organizations do business. Accordingly, it has also transformed the way people think about and perform their work. The implications for I/O psychology are enormous! Computer-supported cooperative work, online surveys, web-based training, electronic monitoring, and e-recruitment provide but a few examples of the intersections between technology and I/O psychology. Clearly, research is needed to help understand, manage, and drive these changes. This is what we do... and this is who we are... Current lab members Alumni of our lab |
