3D Graphs of Production and Utility Functions
Right-click and select "Save Target As" to download a Mathcad file
The Mathcad file can be viewed
with the free Mathcad Explorer. 
The 3D graphs in the Mathcad file can be rotated. To rotate a 3D plot
in Mathcad Explorer by using the mouse, click in the plot, hold the mouse
button down, drag the mouse in the direction you want the plot to spin, and
let go of the mouse when it is in the desired position. To put a 3D
graph into continuous motion, click in the plot, hold down the Shift key,
click the mouse button down, and drag the mouse in the direction you want
the plot to spin. Click in the plot to stop the rotation.
