I'm Trisha Biswas, a second year PhD candidate in the Department of Computer Science at North Carolina State University. I received my bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, India in 2008. My research interests are in computer and network security. I'm currently funded by the Graduate Student Support Plan (GSSP) at NCSU. Over the past two semesters I have been a teaching assistant at our department. I was born in Kolkata, which is a city in the eastern part of India. In addition to staying in India, I've spent short periods of my childhood in Libya and Venezuela. Recently, I was elected as an Officer At-large with the CSC Graduate Student Association (GSA) for the coming year. I am sure that being a part of the GSA will prove to be a rewarding experience! |
