  Implementation of a computational pipeline combining clustering, systematic sampling and motif discovery to analyze 2,500 cassette exons.
  Implementation of a new ab initio motif discovery method by incorporating skipping rates and application to tissue-specific cassette exons in Central Nervous System.
  Construction of a splicing motif database, SPRED, from literature, as well as web interface and search tools.
