Welcome to the homepage of Stephen Kleinschmit. I am fourth year student in the PhD Program in Public Administration at NC State University, focusing on a concentration in Environmental Policy. I also currently teach for the Department of Political Science, part of NC State’s School of Public and International Affairs.
