Research Projects

• Performance Analysis and Tool Evaluation: Analyzing performance of High Performance Computing Applications including performance tool evaluation at several Supercomputing facilities (Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Teragrid etc.). Currently analyzing the performance of a nuclear fusion application Gyro.

• Second Project: Parallelizing a network hydraulic and water quality solver, that simulates hydraulic and water quality behavior of water distribution of system pipe networks.
