  • 08/22/07   If you feel you're having trouble with the course, please let me know. Try to attend the office hours for additional help. Also, the Mathematics Department has plenty of other resources available which may help you overcome your difficulties.
  • 08/29/07   There will be a diagnostic quizz on Friday, September 7, 2007 based on precalculus material. This quizz WILL NOT COUNT for your grade. It is meant to check on your precalculus skills, before the first test. An excellent study material is “Ready.. Set.. Calculus” a booklet designed at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute for their freshmen students. You are strongly encouraged to print out and work all the problems from this booklet.

  • 09/20/07 We will have a class tomorrow, Friday September 21. It will be on Maple, so please bring your laptops. We will go over the first two Maple assignments. As a rule from now on we will always have a class on Friday, unless specified otherwise.
