Minisymposia

Proposals

A minisymposium session consists of four 25-minute presentations, with an additional five minutes for discussion after each presentation. If there are more than four presentations, a proposal for a minisymposium with two sessions (8 presentations) or three sessions (12 presentations) can be submitted.

A proposal consists of the names, affiliations, and contact information of the organizers, and a title (optionally, a brief description not to exceed 100 words). Proposals received before January 1, 2010 will receive full consideration.

Organizers will be asked to provide a list of speakers, titles, and brief abstract (75 words suggested) for each speaker by February 1. (Follow this link for a sample LaTeX template.)

Please send your proposal to the local organizers if you intend to organize a special session. Proposals received before January 1, 2010 will be fully considered. Proposals received between January 1 and February 1, 2010 will be considered if there are still available time slots.
