Full length cDNA sequences

The cloning and sequence analysis of 194 full-length LRR RLK cDNAs is described in a recent publication (Gou et al., 2010). Each cDNA is also compare with the current TAIR annotation, and several differences due to alternative splicing and different gene predictions are discussed. All of these genes have been sumbitted to GenBank, and by searching nucleotide sequences at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Genbank/, with "Clouse AND Gou", you will pull up all 194 sequences. We are also in the process of linking each cDNA sequence to each LRR RLK on the gene list.
