Well, as I said above, the crypt was made using our own playtest cards
['fake' cards... 8) ], and I'm pretty sure it'd be impossible with real
cards.  But for curiosity, I'll post it.

Playtest cards are starred (*), with abbreviated text following.  Also,
some of these playtest cards have been changed since the deck was
played.  Percy, for instance, was the best vamp in this deck, but no
longer exists as he used to.

The Gifts of Hades are almost useless and can be replaced by anything
you like. The Monitors can be replaced by Mr. Winthrop and/or Sport
Bikes.  The Puppeteers can be replaced by J.S. Simmons, Tasha Morgan,
and/or Laptop Computers.  Spectral Invocation is just the reverse of
Spectral Divination and can be replaced by Spectral Divination.

So there, the library is completely un-playtest-icized, but the crypt is
another matter.  Maybe someone else can figure out how to work that, but
I can't.  I don't believe there are any vamps with for/vic, except for
Ian - and skill cards can only do so much, especially when burning the
vampire means losing the skill card.
