I haven't yet been so pretentious to post one of my own decks to this forum
especially not in rpely to someone elses deck but I have a fun deck based
on a similar principle to this deck with just some slight variations which
I think answer some of your stated problems.  I'm just posting it here for
comment and not as a suggestion that it is any way a superior deck.

The way I get around the problem of low blood in my deck is with Fifth
Traditions and with use of Ankara Citadel which helps wonderfully especially
with 1 cost Kiss my Ra's.

with the vampires you've got a healthy use of obedience, I find, gets around
the problem of rush combat decks.
