I assume you are looking for a deck with either of the clans, they can
hardly co-operate in a deck. :-)
I have a fairly good Ravnos-deck, though I wouldn't call it tournament
worthy. It is, however, quite entertaining and can pull off a few neat
tricks, given favourable circumstances.
The deck was constructed pre-july 1998 and has not been updated since,
due to lack of time and (unfortunately) a dwindling Jyhad community. Be
prepared to make a couple of adjustments, dropping the Tomb comes to
mind.

LIBRARY [#80]
MASTER [#17]
Misc: Blood Doll [x2], Dreams of the Sphinx, Giant's Blood,
Tribute to the Master [x2]
Loc: Fortune Teller Shop [x2], KRCG News Radio, Park Hunting Ground [x2],
Tomb of Rameses III
Disc: Animalism, Chimerstry [x2], Fortitude
OoT: Archon Investigation
As mentioned above, the tomb should probably be dropped, together with
Archon Investigation.
SKILL-LESS [#22]
Retainer: J.S. Simmons Esq., Mr. Winthrop, Tasha Morgan
Equipment: Aaron's Feeding Razor, Crimson Sentinel, Ivory Bow,
Saturday Night Special [x2], Sengir Dagger
Reaction: Forced Awakening, Pack Tactics, Wake with Evening's Freshness [x3]
Combat: Pulled Fangs [x2], Taste of Vitae [x2], Trap [x4]
The Saturday Night Specials presence can be debated, main reason to
include them is to get more mileage from the Mass Realities below.
ANIMALISM [#14]
Retainer: Murder of Crows, Raptor [x2], Raven Spy
Action: Army of Rats [x2], Tier of Souls
Reaction: Cat's Guidance [x2], Guard Dogs [x2]
Combat: Carrion Crows [x3]
Should probably insert more Carrion Crows.
CHIMERSTRY [#15]
Action: Mass Reality [x2], Sensory Deprivation [x2]
Act Mod: Fata Morgana [x6]
Combat: Apparition [x3], Blessing of Durga Syn, Illusions of the Kindred
FORTITUDE [#12]
Action: Force of Will [x2], Restoration [x2]
Act Mod: Dawn Operation [x2]
Combat: Resilience [x2], Skin of Steel [x2], Undead Persistence [x2]
Probably a good idea to include some Unflinching Persistence as well,
more maneuvers never hurt.
No rush - bad idea. If I were to reassemble this deck today I would
insert a couple of Haven's (replacing Tomb and Archon Investigation).
Also throw in three more Carrion Crows, four Bum's Rushes and your
preference of Unflinching Persistence or Superior Mettle. In fact your
composition of fortitude cards should be dictated by your local
metagame.
Obviously, this deck falls to S:CE - tough luck for your Ravnos deck.
No vote defenses other than light rush, which won't help since the
voters will S:CE anyway.
Good luck with your deck!
