Personally I'd keep Don because of his maneuver, but as a 10 cap,

Since you're going to scrap the Depravities, I'd like to suggest the
DI's because they can stop S:CE, Fortitude or some huge bleed modifier.

I can see the wisdom in the Rampages.  Ventrue Headquarters
and Secure Haven can ruin your day.

Personally, I like a combo of Ambush and Bum's Rush. The extra
card may be the difference between an IG or not.
Your mileage may vary.

22 total actions may be too high...but since you said your
card flow was good, we'll move on.

...after tweaking, this is what I came up with. Since you're using
your Burning Wrath as your Hail Mary card, I really see no reason
to add further strike cards.  After consideration, I see your point of
beefing up pre-range cards.  I shaved a card here and there to
add some FoD cards.  You expressed some interest in Sideslip,
so I provided that variation.  You may want to go with Leather
Jackets instead.
