Quite a while back, I built an all DOM princes/justicars
deck and used Mercy for the Weak as the only combat card.

I do not play in a heavy IG environment most times, everyone
that wants has a deck that does that but their are other decks
that most people enjoy more so alternative combat ends cards
are less likely to be completely screwed.

I used all 6 of copies of the card and did not discard one.

Game Environment: 90 card library limit, post 9/28/98 RTR,
                  no card limit.

Take advantage of the titles on the vampires, especially 5th and
2nd Tradition, to be very protective of your pool.  Use the Obediences
and Seductions to avoid combat, but if all else fails, use your
Leather Jackets and Mercy for the Weak.  Of course, pre-7/7, you would
have used Tombs instead of Info Highways but oh, well.  And post 1/5/99
I would use 2 Tombs and 2 Info Highways to hopefully get the benefit
of both, but only because I use 8 5th Traditions and gaining blood
is not a problem.

Always act with vampires that are full or very close to it and let
the ones with less blood wait to block and play Obedience until you
can 5th Tradition them back full.

My prey the one time I played this deck was a Tzimisce combat deck
that kept playing Carrion Crows/Song of Serenity and at least one
of the pre-range Vicissitude cards.  His blocking vampire stayed at
full blood and most of the time he did not get the benefit of the
blood from Mercy for the Weak.

The deck did end up taking 2 victory points the first and only
game it was played, mostly from surprise.
