I'm a member of the NYC tournament group, and the Bishop is well known
for the motto "Nobody likes a stealth bleeder".

As a response to this, I was toying with the idea of a stealth bleed
deck built around two rather un-used cards: Cat Burglary, and Pulse of
the Canaille.

Using Elder Library builder, I pulled out some cards that looked
useful, and tried putting together a loose collection of cards. Some
suggestions on how to "tighten up" and "focus" the deck would be
appreciated!

The point of the deck is to NOT bleed for 20 with 20 stealth, but, to
bleed small amounts with small stealth, with a semi-weenie effect. If
pressure from a predatory bleeder is weakening the pool, use bleed
bounce to speed the desmise of your prey.

Description: Use Cat Burglary for built-in +1 Stealth and Alacrity for
extra stealth. Weenie bleeds (though, not TOO weenie, as they need to
have the two blood for the stealth). Some built-in permenent bleeds
with Pulse of the Canaille. Focused around Auspex and Celerity. The
Portrait provides another bleed opprotunity as long as your not facing
a Nossie deck :).
