OK, there's absolutely no reason why this deck ought to work, and it
REALLY needs a 5-player table to get things going properly, but it's
awfully amusing to play.  And it's fun to take all those equip actions
that nobody blocks.  Eventually I'll go through and reduce the
duplicates and find more stuff that people might want, but for now
this didn't do badly.  And it even got 2 VP's!  (well, one VP and one
oust where someone threw a Life Boon in front of it, but that counts)

The whole concept is that since you collect from the last two - if one
person bids (almost always), you gain 1 pool.  Not great, but only bad
if you just sold the KRCG radio or Heidelburg.  BUT, if two people
bid, you gain 3 pool, which is either an enormous profit for, say, the
Elysium or a Leather Jacket, and at least not a loss for Heidelburg.
And of course, you get to use everything for a bit before you sell it.
:)  TVC lets you force through some Praxis Seizures, which can let you
shovel through the Parity Shifts when you get low on pool (and if you
notice, it has no useful defense, so you WILL get low on pool
eventually).  The only good thing is that nobody but your predator
wants the guy selling the cool stuff to get ousted, so you get a lot
of help.  :)  And if your prey is buying stuff from you, it's like a
bleed of 1 or 2 during the master phase.  :)
