i think your observation is right. in tournaments intercept decks are a rare
sight. nevetheless the european v:tes championship was won by a tremere
intercept deck. needless to say that the player needs to be a vampire
genius. martin weinmayer who played the deck and won the sword of the brujah
justicar is one.
