There you go.  It's done well in games at home, but I've never taken it to a
tournament.  It seems to do well by tapping other vampires and then
performing it's actions, and Carlotta can recycle cards I've already used. 
Combat is either ended with S:CE or the Elysium or maneuvered out of range. 
Burning Wrath lets me really mess with anyone who gets past all of that. 
Bleeds get bounced or, when my pred. taps all of his vampires, I just bleed
him back with Rafaele. Votes of other minions are sometimes cancelled, or
sometimes outdone.
