Title: Sorry to intrude
Deja.com Thread

This was going to be posted to my local group, but I might as well do it here.
This may be self explanitory, but what the heck.
In three rounds I got 4.5 VP with it, enough to get me to the finals at
DragonCon.

"Sorry to intrude" deck
Crypt
Anson x3 (Tor 8, CEL PRE aus dom)
Mariana (Tor 4, PRE cel)
Felicia Mostrom (Tor 5, AUS CEL pre)
Dorian Strack (Tor 4, AUS cel)
Delilah Easton (Tor 2, pre)
Demetrious Slater (Tor 4, aus cel pre)
Ramiel DuPre x2 (Tor 5, PRE aus cel dom)
Gideon Fontaine (Ven 3, PRE)
Violette Prentiss (Ven 4, PRE dom)

Library
MASTERS -25
Aching Beauty x6, Antideluvian Awakening, Arcanum Chapterhouse
Art Museum, Ascendence, the Barrens, Betrayer, Blood Doll x3, Brujah Frenzy
Cultivated Blood Shortage, Dreams of the Sphinx, Letter to Vienna,
Misdirection x2, Minion Tap x2, Malkavian dementia, Society Hunting Ground

This is kind of high for master cards, but many of them can be discarded for
card flow purposes. Since I was going to a tournament, I wanted to throw in
some clan hoser cards, and they've come in handy. The aching beauties are the
lynchpin on the deck, and several other cards are useful because the cause my
prey to lose pool during the untap phase, which can't be deflected or otherwise
absorbed. There were a lot of Toreador at DragonCon, and betrayer ended up
being used in two of the three games!

ACTIONS AND RETAINERS - 20
Marijava ghoul x2, Pulse of the Canaile, 5th Tradition, Intimidation, Mind
Numb, Propoganda, Legal Manipulation x2, Judgement: Camarilla segregation x2,
Social Charm x9

Obviously a bleed heavy deck, the Marijava ghouls are mainly there for the
Ventrue, as I want my Toreador to be blocked... The Judgements are awesome
cards in tournaments, since non-Camarilla and Sabbat vampires are pretty
common. It's not a vote, and can only be neutralized by burning a non-cam
vampire during the minion phase, so they still take the damage before it goes
away. And it's stackable!

ACTION MODIFIERS - 14
Change of Target x9, Aire of Elation x4, Alacrity

Here's the crux of the deck: bleed with aching beauty, then use change of
target when the action is blocked. Either way, my prey is losing pool and I'm
avoiding combat. the deck is still victim to delfection and misdirections,
which could be fixed with a little less bleed and a few more Mind Numbs or
misdirects. The alacrity is cute for a little unexpected stealth, when a bleed
really must get through.

REACTIONS-19
Telepathic Misdirection x3, Melange, Precognition, Enhanced Senses x4,
Obedience x2, Forced Awakeing x2, Wake w/ Evening's Freshness x2, Teletathic
Counter x4

Okay, there's probably a little too much intercept for a non-fighting deck, but
our group was running into a lot of steath lately, and I thought it couldn't
hurt. I ended up not having enough intercept for DragonCon, and lost to a
weenie stealth deck in the final rounds. Go figure..

COMBAT - 12
Majestyx7, Vampiric speed x4, Sideslip

Majesties S:CE and untap work with the change of target, to further pool loss
by my prey while saving my vampires. Another nice effect is that if blocked, I
can have lots of vampires untapped for blockers and intercepting at the end of
my turn, while my prey is still losing pool.
