The best Pre-Weenie Bleed I've seen is run by a friend of mine (David Castles)
and it consists of something like the following:

Deck name: Shotgun Weenie Presence Bleed
Created by: David Castles

2 Gideon Fontaine (Ventrue, 3, PR)
1 Igo the Hungry (Caitiff, 1, pr pt)
2 Mariana Gilbert (Toreador, 4, ce PR)

1 Violette Prentiss (Ventrue, 4, do PR)

He almost always gets at least one victory point. Now that he has scaled it
down to 60 cards, it is ever more sure of getting the one VP. He usually
gets two and sometimes gets three, but more often than not, he will run too
low on cards and pool before he can get the third. Other decks have a higher
chance of sweeping the table, but they don't come ut of the gates as fast as
this deck.

The problem with this deck is that it really isn't any fun to play. So he
brings it out once a month to keep people honest and remind them that
serious- fast bleed may be at the table from time to time. And those games
don't last very long anyway, so we don't mind it much. The problem with
playing a deck like this in the tournament is that (a) it's no fun to play
this deck all day. (b) no one respects you after you win with this kind of a
deck and (c) any prey with a handful of deflections will ruin your whole day.

Anyway, that's my 2 pool.
