I don't think any of them are too rare.  *shrug* Distribution was never
an exact science with the VTES expansions.  Either way, I only use a few
of each.

Voting can be hard to deal with, but Memories of Mortality and a few
Pulled Fangs tend to make combat decks look elsewhere.

Here's the deck that I posted on here a while back.  I believe you can
get it at Lasombra's web site.  It's a basic design.  Feel free to
change to suit your taste.  I used seven clans so I could get out a lot
of Hunting grounds to feed the Blood Dolls.
