The Jordan Falcons opened their 2009-2010 season with a intersquad scrimmage. There was a great turnout and we saw some great wrestling from all of our team members. Nearly every healthy body on the roster got a match and, for many, it was their first wrestlign match. We also got to see our returning coaching staff in action, as well as a few new additions. The Falcons have two former N.C. State wrestlers joining the coaching staff this season, in addition to former Wolfpack wrestler and Falcons' head coach Phil Davanzo. New assistant coach Jay Coman was a state champion and NCHSAA Academic All-American at Jordan in 2004. More photos will be up on the photo page soon.
