Wood Products Extension is part of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service (NCCES).

Wood Products Extension provides educational services to the primary and value added wood products industries and consumers in North Carolina. This is done either working one on one with individual companies or with educational workshops and seminars.

Value added wood products extension programs are focused on North Carolina's casegood furniture and upholstery frame industries, the cabinet industry, factory home manufacturing industry, and the hardwood lumber marketing industries.
