   CONTINUE FOR A FEW HOURS. GIVEN ISOLD/BRIEF NATURE OF STRONGER
   STORMS...AN UPGRADE TO SLIGHT RISK IS FORTHCOMING. 
   
   STORM INTENSITY HAS BEEN INCREASING NEAR A STATIONARY FRONT
   EXTENDING FROM THE COASTAL PLAIN WWD NEAR GSB...POB...AND SWD INTO
   THE PIEDMONT OF SC. A SHORT WAVE TROUGH NOW CENTERED NEAR THE COAST
   OVER THE GA/SC BORDERS IS CONTRIBUTING TO VERTICAL MOTION ACROSS THE
   CAROLINAS. A BRIEF WINDOW FOR LOW TOPPED SUPERCELLS...EVIDENCED BY
   LACK OF LIGHTNING...WILL EXIST FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS IN AN
   ENVIRONMENT CHARACTERIZED BY MORE THAN SUFFICIENT SHEAR...BUT WEAK
   INSTABILITY. SOME ROTATION HAS BEEN OBSERVED RECENTLY IN
   CELLS...MAINLY IN CUMBERLAND...SAMPSON...PITT AND GREENE
   COUNTIES...AND ISOLD TORNADOES/WIND DAMAGE MAY BE
   POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY NEAR THE BOUNDARY.
