I am interested in the composition and preservation of soft tissue structures obtained from demineralized cortical bone from fossils especially dinosaurs. I apply molecular biology and analytical chemistry techniques to support my hypotheses. My research also focuses on re-examinating the iron-bearing concretion of the thescelosaur dinosaur known as “Willo”.
