Southern Flounder Aquaculture Workshop Series
This workshop is a collaborative effort among NCSU and UNCW researchers, made possible by funding by the Golden Leaf Foundation. All aspects of southern flounder culture in recirculating systems will be addressed and demonstrated at the NCSU Lake Wheeler Field Labs in Raleigh, NC.

As an Aquaculture Specialist with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service, my extension activities support the warmwater aquaculture industry in eastern North Carolina.

  • Twenty-six years working experience in aquaculture of freshwater and marine fish and shrimp.
  • Nine years of international experience, consisting of five years of research and management in the private sector and four years with warmwater fish culture extension projects.
