I am a Usability Analyst for SAS, a leader in business intelligence and data analysis software and the world's largest privately-held software company.

I finally finished all of my course work towards my Ph.D. I am now working on my dissertation.

Recent adventures: Traveling to California, Maine, and New Hampshire, playing softball with a team at work, and taking lessons in swing and salsa dancing, golf, tennis, kayaking, and sailing.
I previously worked as a Web Designer & User Experience Researcher for Lenovo, the world's third-largest personal computing company formed by the acquisition of IBM's PC Division. I was working on the redesign of Lenovo.com that sells ThinkPads and other PCs.
I recently presented two research studies at the Human-Computer Interaction International 2009 Conference in San Diego, CA. I also recently got a patent published.
