Welcome to MA 242 Distance Education. This is your Distance Education instructor Dr. Larry K. Norris welcoming you to the web page for your Section of MA 242 for Summer, 2009. Please take a few minutes to look over the "Table of Contents" to familarize yourself with the links. In particular you should:

• Look over the "Syllabus" so you will be aware of how grades will be assigned in this course.

• Look at the "Week-by-Week Schedule and Test dates" link, and put the test dates on your calendar now. Then consult the "Testing Guidelines" link to find out information about how and where you will take your tests.

• Look at the "Calculus with Maple at NCSU" link. If you have not used Maple before then you need to look at the "Introductory Materials" link on that web page and begin your introduction to Maple.
