Ratliff Rifkin..."Life continues to be exciting and surprising, though
it's a bit more complex since 1982. I now live in Great Falls, Virginia
- a suburb of Washington, D.C. I've followed the general life plan of many
of you - I'm married (to a man with a wicked sense of humor); I have two
cute and fun-loving boys - Nicholas (born in 1994) and Andrew (born in 1997);
and, when I'm not running children here and yon, I dabble in the practice
of law. Although it's impossible to chronicle the past 20+ years here, I
can say, overall, these 20+ years have been a blur of great fun - I wouldn't
change a thing (okay, I wouldn't change much)! Looking forward to seeing
everyone!" Contact Sonja at 11135 Bowen Avenue, Great Falls, VA 22066

Not much retired about that! So many changes since high school but I am most grateful for my relationship with the Lord and thankful for my church family! No better life than being forgiven! Wooten (Feller) - Lisa lives in Raleigh with her husband, Keith. She graduated
from NC State with a BS degree in Civil Engineering and has worked for the
North Carolina Department of Transportation for 19 ˝ years, currently as
a Project Planning Engineer. Her life changed pretty dramatically in 2004
when her high school and college sweetheart and husband of 15 years, Barry,
was killed instantly in a car accident. Thank goodness that she had family
and great friends, like Angie Quinn Medlin (who was at her house that night
doing whatever she could) to help her through the fog. She met Keith on
the one-year anniversary of Barry's burial and feels that this was a gift
and a blessing from above. They got married in December 2005 on the beach
in Jamaica, and they enjoy every day together.
Young and Joy Murphy became reacquainted in the Spring of '04 and
were married in 2005. Together they have 3 boys, Josh (24), Jordan (22)
and Garrett (14). Refer to details on the boys in Joy Murphy's notes. Mark
has been busy since graduation and college in the interior trim carpentry
business. He has also coached the boy's baseball and football teams at one
time or another and is continuing to give his coaching abilities through
The Garner Bulldogs Organization. He is the owner of the organization and
Head Coach for the 10U baseball team. The organization also has a 13U team
and hope to add a team for every age level. Brenda, Maultsby, Joy and I
do our best to attend the boy's games and offer our support to them in anything
they do. It's not unusual to see us all sitting together on the sidelines
cheering them on. Mark has even been playing this summer on a 45 and Up
Carolina Reds baseball team with Joy's oldest brother, Roy ('74). It's been
an entertaining and fun season but what is life if you can't laugh at it?
Look forward to seeing everyone.
