What happens after I apply online?
Every company is a bit
different…
* Many will receive resumes via email from ePack, or will
login to their ePack accounts to view student resumes.
* Some employers will make decisions online through ePack, but many will
not.
* If you apply directly to a company via their website, they will conduct
screening through their systems and forward eligible candidates on to hiring
managers. You will be contacted directly by the company if they feel you
are a fit.
* If you have questions about your application status, check the listing in
ePack to see if the job has contact information. If that info is visible,
feel free to inquire about the process via email.
* If there is no contact info, connect with me. I can check on a listing
for you to see how they are handling selection.
