Will there be study material for the final exam on the bch 451 web page? Since there is a great deal of material possible for the final exam, will we be covering the same topics as previous exams? I am asking because some material lectured in class were not covered on any of the exams.

Dear Student,
There will be no final exams posted on the course web page. As stated in the syllabus, the final is
comprehensive and will cover the entire course. The exams 1 through 4 were designed to ask
questions concerning particular topics in depth. As a consequence, there was material that was
covered in lecture, described in the text and listed in the Hints sheets but not part of the exams.
Just because it was "omitted" in the exams does not mean that it will also be omitted on the final.
In other words, if you limit your studying for the final to just the material on the exams, you will
do poorly. I feel that the best study technique will be to go through the Hints sheets line by line.
