About Me
I joined the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures in 2007. Before that I taught elementary, middle and high school Spanish in Wake County for 11 years.
I am the Program Coordinator for the French and Spanish Teacher Education program. Please see information to the right If you have any questions. Students who are thinking about a Spanish teacher education major should contact me - feel free to stop by during office hours or email for an appointment. You can find me in 413 Withers Hall.
I am an NC State graduate with a BA and MA in Spanish Language and Literature, as well as a National Board Certified Teacher in World Languages Other than English. Currently I advise Spanish Teacher Education majors (LTA) and I teach the Foreign Languages Methods Course for undergraduates. I also teach Spanish.
