v I am a Ph.D. candidate under the advisory of Tim Kelley.  Here's a brief taste of my current research.

v My research interests include numerical continuation and bifurcation, numerical linear algebra and nonlinear equations, matrix theory, and integral equations in molecular chemistry. 

v My defense is scheduled for 10:00 3 July 2008!

v I have accepted a full-time staff position at MIT Lincoln Laboratory in Boston and will be working on national security defense problems starting in August.

v Teresa Selee and I wrote a paper on eigenvectors of arrowhead matrices. 

v I have spent the past two summers at Sandia National Lab in Albuquerque, where Anasazi God Chris Baker and Monkey-bot reside.

v I am the president of NCSU’s SIAM Student Chapter and a proud board member of our Mathematics Graduate Student Association.

v Sometimes I disguise myself as Tim Kelley and teach MA 798K – GMRES or MA 798K – CG. 

v For a while I pretended to be a runner.  I’ve since wised up.
