The time is NOW for seniors to think seriously about grad school in Fall 1997.
It's not to early for juniors and others to learn the rules of the game.

I will talk about why and how to apply for graduate study in computer science,
both at NC State and elsewhere. I will discuss forms of financial aid,
application procedures, GREs, what admissions committees look for, where to get
the best information about different universities, how many places to apply to,
and anything else you ask me about. I will debunk two major myths:

MYTH #1: There is an oversupply of PhDs in Computer Science.
MYTH #2: Graduate School is unaffordable.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
