Abstract: Dr. Luettich has been one of the principal developers of the ADCIRC coastal circulation and storm surge model. He will present an overview of ADCIRC features that make it particularly well suited for high resolution storm surge and inundation studies. He will also discuss applications and experiences in both retrospective analyses and forecasting from the northern Gulf of Mexico and coastal North Carolina.
