I began working with computers when I took a part- time job with the North Carolina State University Information Technology Helpdesk. Until that time I had very little knowledge or interest in computing or the web. They were handy for a paper or a game of solitaire.
Nothing more.

Over time, and as I began taking on more projects, I found a great interest in computers in general, but also in the different kinds of machines, networking and web design, various applications such as Photoshop and Flash, and coding html, dhtml, java and with time php. I continue to be interested in learning about all different areas of computing and also enjoy teaching and assisting others who have the same questions I began with.

Eventually I hope to find a job that not only allows me to utilize these skills that I have learned, but continue to learn more. I would like to continue to work with web design, creation and development for my own enjoyment and for public benefit. This is an amazing time in the growth of technology and I am very happy to be a part of it.
