Current Research
I am currently investigating the nature of the contact between the Uwharrie and Tillery Formations in the Asheboro and Randleman area of North Carolina. This research is funded by a grant written by Dr. James Hibbard, and my portion of the research is expected to be complete by the end of the summer of 2008. Thesis work will be completed by mid-2009.
