Research Interests: My research interests include the development and technical implementation of effective educational technologies and classroom integration, K-12 learning with educational games, and student motivation and engagement levels while participating in educational games. I recently joined Dr. John Nietfeld's research team which is developing Crystal Island 5, an educational game intended to serve as a supplement to the North Carolina 5th grade Science curriculum.
