Week 7 - Activity 2 - Submit Evaluations

  1. Click on WebCT/Vista
  2. Click on the Discussion Forum Evaluation Group # that appears.
  3. View all PowerPoint presentations listed along with the script notes provided for each slide
  4. Open Evaluation of PowerPoint Presentation Word document. NOTE: I recommend that you print out a form before you view a presentation so you can fill it out as you view it. In a classroom setting, you would be filling out a form as you listened to a presenter.
  5. Fill in a form for each presentation. Save each file using the following naming convention:
  • First letter of your first name
  • First four letters of your last name
  • The letter e, which stands for evaluation
  • The first initial of the presenter's first name, and the first initial of the presenter's last name (e.g., jlarseae would be the file name I would use if I were evaluating a presentation by Albert Einstein).
  1. Click on Submit Assignments
  2. Submit each evaluation file (Word document) under the Assignment 3: Evaluations
