Activity - Peer Review

  1. Use the e-mail id that I previously sent to you (your study buddy for this peer review)
  2. Send your formal proposal draft file to that person and copy me on the e-mail.
  3. Role play the decision maker for this proposal and answer the following questions.
  4. Is this proposal authoritative? Does the author seem to have mastered the content and methods necessary to carry out the project?
  5. Is it persuasive? Does the author analyze the problem carefully and make a case that the proposed solution is better than the status quo, or any other alternatives?
  6. Is it credible? Does the proposal seem doable? Do you believe that the objectives can be accomplished?
  7. Is it specific? Are there enough details?
  8. Is it vivid? Do clear images, actions, and outcomes form in your mind as you read the proposal?
  9. What is the most impressive part of this proposal, and what is one thing that can be improved?
  10. Do an Edit/Copy on steps 4-9 above.
  11. Send an e-mail to the author, and copy me, that contains the 6 copied questions and your answers (do an Edit/Paste in the e-mail and then fill in your answers).
