Current occupation:

Ph.D. student at North Carolina State University. I am a Research Assistant (RA) in the Liquid Narrative Group. My advisor is Dr. R. Michael Young.

 

I work on IC-CRIME, a project funded by the National Science Foundation. We are developing software tools to facilitate collaboration among crime scene investigators. The software is based on the application of game technology for non-entertainment purposes, what is known as serious games.

About me:

I was born in Bogotá, Colombia but Neptune Beach is where I have lived the longest and where all my family and longtime friends live. I have lived all of my adult life in the United States, the majority of the time in Florida.

 

Personal Interests:

Triathlon, distance running, and cycling. I also enjoy reading and watching movies.
