Suggested Data Exploration
Possible use as an artifact!

1) Import some data from the internet into Excel.
I suggest using a dataset from the Chance Data Sets list of resources. However, feel free to do some internet searching and find data that interests you!

2) Do an appropropriate mathematical investigation (numerical as well as graphical) with the data, either in Excel or transfer the data to your graphing calculator.

3) Report your exploration and findings in a summary, including appropriate pictures of graphs, and discuss and interpret any numerical analysis you may have done.

4) How could you use this data set with students? What is the important mathematics you want them to learn and why is this real data a "good thing" to help you accomplish your goals.
