Spreadsheet Tool
The Web Image Spreadsheet Tool (WIST) is an exciting new way to look
at scientific datasets using the Web. There are many Web interfaces to
scientific datasets that allow one to look at browse images of the data.
WIST allows the user to look at an array of browse images, and allows the
user to manipulate the parameters controlling each axis of the array with
a spreadsheet-like interface. This allows the user to control the particular
dataset on display in each column and row of the image spreadsheet.

A website with activities, worksheets, overhead transparency masters, datasets,
and assessment to support data exploration. It also contains an extensive
collection of articles designed to enhance the statistics knowledge of
the teacher. A resources page gives a select list of resources to support
introductory statistics, including texts, websites, datasets, java applets,
and mailing lists.

Lists of links for data sets to download. Data links include Kentucky
derby results, water levels of the Great lakes, weather sites, etc...

13. Dinosaur
