Networking 2004: This was our third conference in this series, launched originlly by the IFIP  Working Group 6.3 and Working Group 6.2.  Congratulations to Kimon Kontovassilis and Nikolas Mitrou for the excellent organization! This is a series of conferences that I take a special pride, since I was responsible for starting it.
